  • Call Delays & Errors: 9-1-1 calls rely on third-party networks and may be delayed, misrouted, or fail.

  • Limited Use Abroad: VoIP 9-1-1 may not work outside Canada.

Limitations of Liability

Edgelink is not liable for:

  • Service failures due to power, internet, or third-party issues.
